Jane has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, from direct patient care in hospitals to management and directing in hospitals, home care services and adult day care. Her passion is working with individuals and their families providing them an environment of care and thriving in community.

Ingrid has worked as a nurse for forty plus years in a variety of settings in three different states (NY, MA, IL). Her tenure involved hospitals, long term subacute, assisted living, memory care, and adult day care. She has always had a passion for caring for people while forming lasting relationships with everyone she serves and their families.
